I value each customer and aim to make your experience as smooth and personable as possible.

If you have any questions about a piece of work, an order you have made or shipping details, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please be patient, I aim to reply within 24 hours of any communication.

All artworks are handled with care, and I do my best to ensure they arrive in perfect condition due to packaging then extremely well and using a reputable courier.
In the unlikely event you should encounter any issues with your order, please reach out within 2 days of delivery,
and we can work toward a satisfactory resolution.

We are committed to the principles inherent in the GDPR the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018, which requires greater accountability and transparency from organisations such as ours with regard to your personal information, and which gives you greater control over how we use it.
We aim to ensure transparency with regard to the use of data, that any processing is lawful, fair, transparent
and necessary for a specific purpose. That data is accurate, kept up to date and removed when no longer necessary that data is kept safely and securely.

Custom commissions and special requests are always welcome—just drop me a message

Commissions will be undertaken after a consultation process where the client and the artist are both in agreement and a contract will be issued to the commissioner. Deposits are required before any commission begins.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless there are exceptional circumstances and at the artists discretion.
Some areas covered in the contract will include but not limited to terms of copyright,
timely updates on the commission, payment deadlines, levels of communication
and deadlines will be outlined in the contract.
